life in 5th grade

what 5th is like-in 5th grade you get a lot more  freedom and responsibility.

i,m look forward to parties.

i,m looking forward to next year.

i,m looking forward fun projects.

we get extra recess.

we have are own  computers.

we get to do work with partners.

we get to have p.e.

we have the whole school looking up on us.

they except us to do are own work.

 

 

corn flower

My flower’s name is the corn flower.  Its scientific classifications is Asteraceae.                                                                         scientific name is Centaurea cyanus.  My flower grows all over Texas.                                                                                   my flower has white hairs causing the blue and gray appearance.                                                                                                 the  blooming period is march -may is when its blooming.                                                                                                             the corn flowers hieght is a great 2-3 feet.The flower is used on road sides and flower beds.                                                 they come in the colors of blue,white, pink, red, and purple.

person Narrative

     three months ago, I went to Los alamos .                                                                                                                                       I remember it like it was yesterday.                                                                                                                                                       The view of the Moutains were .                                                                                                                                                             my eyes  couldn’t stop gazing at there beauty.                                                                                                                                   when we got to new mexico  we drove though a wall  of rocks.                                                                                                       It was cool.                                                                                                                                                                                                 my dad had finely stopped  driving , and we had to randomly pick  out a hotel  it was not the fanciest hotel ever.            We got to go to  my dads fav restourant it was really good.                                                                                                            Then we finely got to Los alamos.                                                                                                                                                           I was  really scared at first because we had to drive up a big steep moutian , and the road was very narrow seemed like our  car  was  at the edge  of the moutian                                                                                                                                     when we got there we didnt do anything but unpack and  unpack at my anuts house.                                                              for dinner we had a grilled cheese sandwich.                                                                                                                                     my has a big bulcony we  got play around and see the ravens.                                                                                                   I always remeber that special Day.
